Profile: My love for knife-making started in December 2014 with my first fixed blade beginner course. Thereafter I was hooked and dedicated all my free time (and money) in honing my skill and making knives. A highlight in my knife-making career is when I won the 2017 Non-Guild Knife-Making Competition. In 2019 I became a member of The Knifemakers’ Guild of Southern Africa.

I always strive to produce high quality fit and finish on my knives, and I challenge myself with new designs. The knives I enjoy making most are Bird & Trout, Liner-Lock folders and hunter or Persian style fixed blades.
